Making application to receive an absentee ballot by mail

You must make a request for an absentee ballot in writing.

The best way to request an absentee by mail is visiting http://myvote.wi.gov Please include a copy of your photo ID with all requests. Photo ID is not required for persons indefinitely confined home.

The deadline for making application to receive an absentee ballot by mail is:

5 pm on the fifth day before the election, (April 2,2020).
