Request for Proposals for Town Assessor

The Town of Herman, Dodge County, is requesting proposals for Town Assessor. Herman has an estimated population of 1,200 with a total assessed real estate and personal property value (2023) of $111,719,700, including 2,093 real estate parcels. A town-wide statistical update revaluation was last completed in 2018.

 

The Town is seeking a firm that will provide sound assessment services – free from errors and defensible to Town officials and residents – in a timely, professional, and customer service-centric manner. Services will include maintenance of the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, Open Book, and Board of Review.

 

Please send your proposal, along with a copy of Wisconsin certification, proof of insurance, references and a resume, to the Town by 5 p.m. on 8/5/24.
