– Bids are due on Monday May 8^th, 2023 at 7:00 pm

– Bids will be decided at the same board meeting on Monday May 8^th, 2023 at 7:00 pm

– A copy of the road work bid list must be filled out as is and included in any bid to be considered. Available on https://townofherman-wi.gov/road-construction/

– Contractor must supply town with proof of insurance

– The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
